Why Choose Tippecanoe?

Our Setting:

Camp Tipp covers 1100 acres of wilderness deep in the hill country of Ohio. It's set on the undeveloped Clendening Lake where you won't find houses or speed boats.  With miles of trails, streams, hills and valleys - there is nothing like it!

Our Programs:

Just like summer camps everywhere, Camp Tipp offers the same core basic programs: swimming, arts & crafts, target sports, high ropes, field games and team building.  Camp Tipp sets itself apart with our western equestrian programs with miles of horse trails, AND our waterfront activities on Lake Clendening.

Our small camp culture:

Where our setting and programs generally attract new campers, our small camp community and culture help us boast a 75% retention rate.  We seek to blend a combination of choice and small group activities to both embrace each camper's interest with making personal connections.  We want kids not only to have fun, but to share in community and feel welcomed, wanted, valued and heard.
